Kawsay Alliance is a non-profit association based in Germany. We work hand in hand with Indigenous communities and partner organizations in South America to protect biodiversity, honour ancestral knowledge, and create sustainable futures. Guided by collaboration and respect, we bring together diverse skills and resources to create lasting impact for people and planet.

Jose Urra
Co-Founder & Strategic Development
Jose is an entrepreneur and conservation advocate dedicated to the strategic growth of Kawsay Alliance. He works closely with Indigenous communities and partner organizations to design and implement impactful, self-sustaining projects.
Yvonne Sobirey
Chair & Project Director
Yvonne serves as Chair and Project Director of Kawsay Alliance. With extensive experience in management and cross-cultural collaboration, she oversees the association’s governance and coordinates its projects and partnerships, connecting European supporters with initiatives in South America.
